Bea's Field Trip to Nature Park
I went on a field trip with Bea to a local Nature park today. We hike a mile forest trail and to my surprise we also went fishing....I had no idea we were fishing! The hike went well and the kids had fun collecting leaves and nuts.
The fishing was in a stocked catfish pond. After we baited the provided poles with hot dogs and threw the line in Bea caught a fish, not a catfish, but a small fish! She was excited!
