Panther Football 2010
We're so proud of all the Panther boys, they did awesome this season! Last night was our last game of the season and while they didn't win they gave it their all and fought against an undefeated team. We had several injuries that took out our 2 running backs and another player and before the game Boo wasn't even expected to play as he had been throwing up right before the game! After the injuries (literally within the first several plays) Boo told the coach to put him in, and boy are we glad as our team needed his 2 touchdowns! It was a great game and I'm glad the season ended with the boys working hard and giving it their all. I took the camera last night and managed to snap a few pics...although it was hard as I was getting caught up in the excitement of the game...and the game is not best viewed via a viewfinder, LOL!
Final record for the season: Won-6, Lost-2
Will have to update Boo's stats after they update us :) I know he had 98 yards from last nights game....not sure of season totals yet.
Boo and the rest of the 9th graders will be moving up to Varsity for their last few games so we still have a few more weeks of practice and games and then straight in to basketball (a few games late).
