Halloween 2009

Well we've come full circle as last night we celebrated our 2nd Halloween in AL this tour! And thankfully we were minus any injuries this year! We were fortunate enough to be able to celebrate it with some great friends we've made over the past year.

We also reached another pivotal point mark, Boo decided he was too old to Trick or Treat, amazing how time flies! So this year he dressed as 'himself' and was eager to stay behind at Ms. Keli's house to hand out candy.

Bea wore her medieval style dress from last year, which worked out great since I bought it a bit big last year, and I really didn't feel like having to hunt down costumes with everything else going on.

Bubby wore his favorite outfit, his tuxedo, and went as a spy. Once again another easy costume that lightened my load this year.

So we headed over to our friends house for dinner before Trick or Treating where we met up with several of our friends. We ate yummy chili, pulled pork, and taco salad, I brought homemade rolls. After eating we headed out for Trick or Treating. After about 10 houses, Bea wanted to know if we were done, LOL! She said it was too much work walking so far to get candy. She decided that she wanted to head back to the house so I happily offered to take her as my back was killing me (long story, but it basically concludes as a case of gimpampathy, LOL!). After we get back to the house she started to help Boo hand out candy.

Mr. B continued on with Bubby and the rest of the group, and Bubby returned with a nice haul of candy. It'll take him forever to eat it as he really doesn't even eat candy, guess it was more the thrill for him, LOL! Bea just finally ate her first piece of candy this afternoon (a day later) I know I never had that lack of desire to eat candy when I was a kid, LOL!

Here are some pics from the evening, and just fyi~I AM going to try to do better with the blogging ;)

Loved the pics and the costumes. Your guys will have such great childhood memories. I didn't see any pics of Mr. B eating candy. I know he cannot resist - LOL.
